Job Description: We are currently seeking empathetic and skilled individuals to join our team as Patient Care Takers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing attentive and personalized care to patients in their homes. Your primary duties will include assisting with daily activities, administering medication as prescribed, monitoring vital signs, and offering emotional support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.

- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for patients, including light housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
